What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll be managing both new business acquisition and existing account growth in a highly active, client-facing role. Your day will include lead generation, client meetings, cold calling, sales visits, and strategic planning to grow market share. You’ll liaise with operations to ensure high service levels, handle queries, maintain accurate sales records, and report regularly on activity. This is a hands-on role with a blend of fieldwork, admin, and relationship management perfect for someone who enjoys variety and impact.

What you’ll need

You’ll need proven experience in B2B sales within automotive, engineering, marine, or industrial parts. You should be confident handling key accounts, generating new leads, working with procurement teams, and understanding technical products. CRM familiarity, strong admin discipline, and a valid driver’s license are essential.
