What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
In this role, you will provide functional and technical expertise in the SAP Financials modules, focusing on Financial Accounting and Controlling. You will take charge of system configuration and provide support for SAP Financials implementations. You’ll work closely with clients to troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve software issues while proposing and implementing system enhancements. Facilitating workshops to define requirements, creating documentation (such as BRS and FDS), and conducting training will be part of your day-to-day. Your role also includes engaging in continuous improvement efforts and ensuring service levels are met, all while contributing to the quality of SAP business processes and liaising between the business and technical teams.

What you’ll need
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a strong background in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI/CO), including hands-on experience with General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Profitability Analysis. A deep understanding of SAP configurations and business processes, as well as experience troubleshooting software issues, is essential. You should have experience designing, customizing, and testing changes to SAP systems, along with the ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation. Ideally, you’ll also bring a passion for knowledge sharing and be comfortable working independently. Any relevant certifications or SAP-related qualifications will be an advantage.
