As a Senior After Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the After Sales Admin Manager and their team for a large national account. You will generate accurate quotations and handle invoicing processes efficiently, ensuring seamless administrative operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include logging customer calls, managing job orders and spare parts requests, dispatching technicians to customer locations, and managing all their billings. You’ll also maintain schedules for load tests and services, create purchase requisitions and orders, and process Goods Received Vouchers. Additionally, you will assist the Sales Admin Manager with various ad-hoc tasks and efficiently plan and schedule technicians’ tasks.

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team will ensure your success in this dynamic role.
