What you’ll need
To excel in this role, you should have formal Draughtsman qualifications, practical experience in designing utility solar, BESS, and transmission lines, and proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD with PVcase. Strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a deep understanding of renewable energy principles are essential.
