What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
At the new repair centre, you will be in charge of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Victron and Fronius products, encompassing inverters, batteries, solar charge controllers, and associated components. You’ll excel in troubleshooting and promptly resolving faults, collaborating closely with the technical support team to deliver efficient customer solutions. Maintaining meticulous records of repairs and services, conducting proactive equipment assessments, and contributing to the enhancement of service procedures and documentation are integral parts of your role. Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will shine through as you offer technical guidance and stay updated on the latest advancements in Victron and Fronius technologies.
Where you’ll be doing it
Your new employer’s head office is in the Cape Town city centre, and you will be based at the new repair centre at Airport Industria, with odd visits to critical sites. You are given the tools to do what you do best and you have the self-discipline to make it work for you and the business.

What you’ll need
You need to have at least 3 years of technical electrical repair experience, with a focus on the Victron and Fronius products in the Solar PV environment.
You do need to have a relevant qualification as well as a driver’s license and your own vehicle are non-negotiables.
