You’ll be the face of the showroom, welcoming and assisting clients, providing expert advice on workspace solutions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your role will involve handling incoming queries, managing sales processes from quotes to invoices, and keeping the showroom immaculate. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales and design teams to offer tailored solutions, maintain the CRM system, and assist with business development by identifying and upselling products to customers.

You’ll need a Matric Certificate and at least 2-3 years of in-person internal sales experience, ideally in furniture, interiors, retail, or a similar field. A confident and engaging personality is essential, as this is a client-facing role. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required. You should be professionally presentable, self-motivated, organised, and eager to work in a team that values excellence and innovation.
