What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll be responsible for driving sales of specialised concrete admixtures across the Cape Town region. This includes engaging with ready-mix concrete producers, contractors, and engineers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that improve concrete performance, including workability, durability, strength, and setting time. You’ll manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and act as a trusted technical advisor in the field.

What you’ll need

You’ll need proven experience in technical sales within the construction or concrete industry, specifically selling into the ready-mix concrete market. A strong understanding of concrete admixtures and their applications is essential, along with the ability to engage credibly with technical stakeholders. You should already be based in Cape Town and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
