What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
As the Boilermaker, you are responsible for tasks such as reading blueprints, assembling structural parts, troubleshooting, and ensuring work meets quality standards. You will need to follow safety procedures and work collaboratively in a team. You will love working for this company as they focus on developing and upskilling employees’ skills and have the opportunity to directly impact the success of the company.
Where you’ll be doing it
Your base will be in Benoni, Johannesburg. The company is an EPCM specialising in Mechanical Project Management, Construction and maintenance services to the mining and power-generating industries in South Africa. They aim to uphold integrity and honesty in interactions with customers and suppliers and foster transparent relationships with employees founded on mutual respect and trust.
What you’ll need
To excel in this role, you will need to be trade-tested and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in plate work. Your proactive and energetic personality will be an asset.
