What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

This role sits at the heart of customer support and technical sales. You’ll manage internal sales activities, process orders, support telesales initiatives and provide technical guidance to customers and colleagues. A major focus will be overseeing warranties, repairs and calibrations from start to finish, evaluating faulty products and advising customers on warranty versus repair outcomes. You’ll also assist with product selection, quotations and technical enquiries while identifying opportunities for business growth. A post-matric qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related technical field is essential. You’ll bring 2-5 years’ experience in internal sales or technical sales, ideally within industrial, electrical or contracting environments. Previous exposure to warranties, repairs and technical support is critical. Experience using CRM or ERP systems, strong organisational skills and a sound understanding of electrical tools and test and measurement equipment will set you apart.
