What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

At the heart of the operation, you’ll coordinate daily production activities, ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently and on time. From scheduling and capacity planning to inventory control, quality management and continuous improvement initiatives, your influence will be felt across the factory floor. What you’ll need

A Matric qualification is essential, while a diploma or degree in Production Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics or a related field will be advantageous. Previous experience in production coordination, manufacturing or operations is required, along with exposure to production planning, cost control, quality systems and health and safety compliance. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills will help you succeed, while experience within renewable energy, electronics or light industrial manufacturing will be highly beneficial.
