Locations on CV’s!

I cannot tell you the number of times I’ve seen a candidate’s CV show a street address but NO REGION or TOWN!

Or even worse, the old home address from 10 years ago!

As a recruiter, that is probably one of the most frustrating things ever, because the value of knowing EXACTLY where our potential candidate lives is vital to ensure we are calling the right person for the job.

Why is this small detail so significant, you may ask?
