Some helpful tips:
* Dress appropriately but still be authentic, smart is a safe bet. If you’re going through a Recruiter, they should brief you on typical dress code
* Arrive 10 mins early (not before and definitely not late)
* Don’t play on your phone while you wait. Rather leave it in the car
* Greet everyone and show enthusiasm. Be assured that your impression to everyone matters
* Address the interviewer by their name, shake their hand firmly, make eye contact and smile
*Answer questions honestly and if you don’t know the answer, say so
* Give examples on skills / experience needed – paint a picture of who you are, what you’re capable of and any relevant achievements you may have
Job skills can be taught.
Make sure though that they see the real you and that you have the right character to fit the role.
